Multi Search Option :Now you can search multiple "Property Features" at a time. Historic House Sales.com also saves search history which can be used for creating location preferences in search. You can set one of your location search preferences as primary. Primary search location will be used by default in all the search forms.
Photo, Video, Maps : Photo and video files can be added to a listing. Video files are stored in FLV. format that allows site visitors view video files right on the site like on "You- Tube". If location of the property is indicated, it will display property location from Google Maps, Yahoo Maps and Microsoft Virtual Earth.
View Statistics for your listings :You can track the statistics for your listings and see who viewed your listings, who browsed your profile, added you to Hot List or got interested in you. Also, there‘s a Black List option to get rid of officious users.
Newly added useful features : There are new types of status available for listings - "Sold" and "Leased". All members‘ listings are now provided with search friendly links. Now there is internal calendar for rental listings available. All dates on arrival/departure as well as booking dates can be entered.
Members‘ notifications Staying in Contact with Your listings :In order to track your listings / or Searches there are now 25 system notifications by email.
